Adoption Policy
We have the right to say if the gerbil is physically and mentally ready for adoption. We will only adopt our gerbils after at least six weeks of age. The payment for the adoption must be received before or during pickup, and if for any reason at any time we feel it necessary, any adoption can be canceled at our descretion. We only sell healthy gerbils, and we can not control the new environment the gerbil will be in. After 24 hours of the sale we are not responsible for changes in the gerbil's health. Due to this, if you notice anything that concerns you about your gerbil's health within the first 24 hours, contact us immediately. Details can be seen in our return policy.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that your gerbil is improperly sexed or unhealthy, we will happily exchange the gerbil with an available pup of your choice. If you do not wish to find another gerbil, or if there isn't one currently available, we will happily give you your money back.
If you have already been informed that your gerbil will have special needs, this policy does not apply.
To prove that your gerbil is unhealthy, we require information from a vet, or to see your gerbil ourselves.
